We are fortunate that Mr. Fred McMahon, Resident Fellow and holder of the Dr. Michael A. Walker Chair in Economic Freedom of The Fraser Institute, will be our keynote speaker.The Fraser Institute (Canada) will present the findings of the Economic Freedom of the World Report for 2019 in September. Mr. Fred McMahon will come to Hong Kong in September and present the prize to recognize the achievement of the Hong Kong economy should Hong Kong top the list again.
