The LRI Symposia aim to regularly bring together people who would like to discuss over a good meal the foundations and prospects of liberty.
Each event will have a topic, but the content will be drawn from the insights and interests of participants.
To ensure conviviality, we are limited to one table.

The recent passage of legislation in the US and licensing of companies for stable coin issuance in Hong Kong brings crypto out of a legal grey zone and creates a framework to institutionalise digital assets. This promises expansion of “crypto” networks and integration with the existing financial system. This could be seen as the beginning of a revolution that increases access to tokenized financial products, expands the range of digital assets, reduces costs and starts to create a financial system for AI agents. It could also be the end of the dream of a market driven private financial system that protects individuals and their privacy from the ravages of the state and inflation. We will discuss these tensions that will be vital shaping our liberty and prosperity.
Don’t miss this unparalleled opportunity to garner enlightenment and strategic foresight from an engaging conversation in a relaxed setting.
